The Mix-It2 comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your Mix-It for any reason, return it in resaleable condition for a full refund minus shipping costs. The Mix-It is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from purchase. Warranty is void if tampering with it's enclosure is evident. We reserve the right to repair or replace a defective unit at our discretion. Out of warranty units returned for service will be billed a minimum of $25.00 and covers most repairs, including return shipping via UPS ground service. More complex repairs, should they be required, may incur additional costs.

In your return shipment, include a brief description of the problem you are experiencing, return address, and a means to contact you. Failure to do so WILL delay processing of the repair and subsequent return. Repairs are often performed same-day.
